Had an appointment for 9:15 still wasn’t seen past 10:00am. Harassed me by phone to make sure I kept my appointment as a new patient to have me just wait there. Quick to charge my card for the copayment. Health care system is corrupted practices that run like this keep the system that way. From the start I had a feeling I shouldn’t be seen at this facility. They also have a sign that if you miss your appointment they charge a 100 dollars. (Which is wild considering they make you wait over a hour to be seen) The actual audaci... read more
Dr. Malendowicz is arrogant,rude and unprofessional. Had an nuclear stress test...the tech and nurse practitioner were great. The doctor did not say one word to me. After the test, which i was there for 3 hours, was told to sit in waiting room. The RECEPTIONIST called my name. She told me test was fine. Come back in 6 months. Nothing explained. No conversation with doctor . Stress test was ordered because ekg was abnormal. Again Nothing explainsed by doctor. Also had 3 vascular ultrasounds. Doctor never even mentioned those ... read more
The care I received in this office was phenomenal. Frond desk were very kind, attentive, and patient and Dr. Malendowicz listened to all my concerns and provided the care that I needed. I highly recommend a visit to this doctors office !
