Tried to cancel my father’s appointment. Clerk said the reason for double booking was because someone needed to be in sooner than him. So the appointment wasn’t actually double booked. She just tried to cancel and use that as a excuse.
Plan to wait, took my mother of 87 for EKG, they won't take appointments for non heart surgery so plan on waiting long time. They need a better system.
Brand new office for doctors who have serviced the Gloversville area for many years. Great doctors and staff! Dr. Dibble is my favorite!
