ANSWER THE FREAKING PHONES!
RecommendedI must agree with the gentleman regarding the phones. The phone system is terrible, however, I hope if enough complaints come in, that will change! They are a very competent office as far as staff, from Dr. Patel, PA’s, Nurse Practitioners, nurses, and office employees! If they could get their phone system up to speed it would be a great office and run very efficiently.
No one answers phone there. Put on hold for hours, but no one answers. I am trying to cancel my appointment for 9/18/2020. I will not pay their late fee if the can not even answer the phone.
Dr. Aimee Park and her full staff including her tech, nurse, and front desk office team are extremely efficient and caring. Dr. Park comes highly recommended with her knowledge, expertise and straight forward ness in cardiology. I would give this team 6 stars out of five and two thumbs up. It doesn’t get any better than this. Way above my expectations. 👍🏻👍🏻
Dr Patel has saved my husband’s life twice in the last several years. Most recently his decision to do a cardiac work up led to a double bypass! So thankful and grateful to him for his thoroughness and what I call his passive aggressive caring! 😍
Great place! I've been coming to see Dr Patel since my heart attack 4 years ago. He's been very good.
