I took my 91 year old Daddy for a 3 month checkup with Benjamin Chaffins, APN. The reception office was wonderful. The nurse taking the vitals was wonderful. Everything was going ahead of schedule, then Mr. Chaffins walked in. He acted like we were wasting his time with a 91 year old man with a few health issues. He said a couple of times "other than having a bad heart, a bad back, bad kidneys and bad lungs how are you feeling?" He even said we aren't to the funeral home yet but ya know. The reason why I am giving one star is because I have been calling and leaving phone messages several times on regards of my warfarin prescription and nobody seems to care. It is the third day today and nobody speaks to me, it is all through voicemail that I have left but so far no one has called me back neither my pharmacy have received any order to refill my medication. It gives you a bad feeling that something so critical like not having your anticoagulant for your heart valve it’s been treated like that.
