The surgeons are great, however two stars because the Russian receptionist with a heavy accent has a very nasty attitude. She needs to learn professional phone demeanor & etiquette. How is someone with such a nasty presence the face of that office. She was so disrespectful and hung up the phone mid-sentence while i was being pleasant towards her. If you are a first time caller; a Russian receptionist with a thick accent & a thick attitude answers the call, for the sake of personal mental health & sanity, excuse yourself from making an appointment through her even if she speaks pleasantly at the time, call back the same center but to a different doctor & different receptionist. She is not the only one working there, as the center has a number of different doctors & receptionists. PS...
