Booked my appointment in March and had to wait tow months for a spot on 21 May. Asked to be waitlisted and an appointment became available but I was unable to attend due to recent major surgery (which they knew about). Just received a text message saying my appointment had to be moved for reasons not known. The moved my appointment to 14 May, one week earlier which I couldn’t attend for the same reason. Dr Robert Smith is easily one of the best cardiologists I have seen. Extremely caring, thorough and genuine and remembers you a year later, like you were there yesterday. He has a real interest in seeing you recover back to full health, rather than just booking in repeat appointments to get your money. Highly recommend to everyone.
