Long wait time indifferent receptionists I went with husband for appointment with nurse practitioner. Stayed in waiting room over an hour past appointment time while everyone who came after us came and went or waited in the back. I realize there are more than 1 doctor in the office, but after no reasonable explanation given we finally just left after an hour and 15 minutes without being seen!
Called CA fairhope the person l spoke to was so rude. The words she used was uncalled for. I have noticed when going to CA in Mobile receptionist are rude to elderly people when they come in to ck themselves in in the kiosk. A lot of people do not know how to use these. The nurses in the back are always nice. No excuse being rude.
