Today I saw Michele Roberts for the first time. She seemed so caring and concerned with my health issues. As always this whole office is very kind and professional.
The woman who answered the phone is a rude twit! My mother is 80 years old and has alzheimer's and they wouldn't fill her metoprolol (a medication shes been on 10 years) without an appointment. I made my mom an appointment 3 months ago, but August was the first they said they could see her. It's poor medical practice is not continuing to give my mom her medication because cardiology assoc can't manage their patient's appointments! Whatever, she didn't have to be so rude.
