Tried to refer a patient from a provider's office. The person Alma who answered the phone was wonderful. The insurance person on the other hand was a piece of work and unfortunately contributed to a delay in the care of the patient. To make matter's worse, Dr. Butkevich seemed like he could care less. I don't understand how you are supposed to help people but yet visibly show that you could care less about patient's. Physician seemed nice enough during initial consultation. Had a test done and was told physician would call with results, which never happened. Thankfully, I am a provider that was able to see my own images and couldnt see anything to be concerned about. But, what if I wasnt or what if I missed something because cardiology is not my specialty? My bills came five months later and they attempted to overcharge me by more than $40.
