I made an appointment with a lot of difficulties, since no one ever answered the phone. One I showed up for my appointment the receptionist was very rude and stock up! It's too difficult to get through to the office to make appointments, either the phone prompts go round in circles are the voicemail tells you someone is out of the office for the next 4 months
