Second year in a row l have had a stress test and ecg for my employment at Cardiolab in South Yarra. Highly recommend them they make you feel at ease, prior to the test, husband and wife team and service is outstanding Hopefully see you both again next year 10/10
Tula, Leon, and Ann provided exceptional care when I visited for a few cardiac tests. They were welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the moment I scheduled the procedure through to its completion. I highly recommend their services!
Avoid this clinic at all cost! Made us pay $400++ first before doing the scan for my child, no other explanations made. When the scan was not completed, they won’t refund our payment and was told that they will reschedule. Front person was very rude! Nope, they did not call us to reschedule, so after 3 months I decided to email them and relay my frustrations about their service. No email reply,instead a phone call was done implying that my child who can’t “cooperate” LIKE the normal kids is the reason why the scan was not co... read more
I was not informed by the secretary that I have to pay for the treatment. Information that the service is not free was given only when I have arrived to the clinic. Unfriendly and not attentive service. Not recommended to attend this practice.
We took our 12 year old here for an ecg and found the staff to be very caring and competent.
