Fantastic experience at Cardiolab South Yarra. Toula, the Practice Manager, was incredibly friendly and made the whole process quick and easy from start to finish. The staff were all welcoming, and they took the time to explain everything clearly before my echocardiogram, which made the test really straightforward. My GP received the results within a couple of days, which was a great turnaround. Highly recommend!
I dealt with Toula who was amazing from the first phone call. She was very reassuring, very caring, explained everything clearly to me 10/10. Today we arrived and my kid had her scans done and everyone we dealt with was fantastic. I was really surprised at the level of service and care provided.
Disappointment with their bad service. They do not listen to their customer. Too much talk but bad service and actions. Negative vibes and incompetent staff. Just money grabbers. Do not visit this place.
Terrible service and a terrible place, I absolutely do not recommend it. They couldn't perform an echocardiogram on my son because he became very tense due to distress, and weeks later I requested a refund since the exam wasn't completed, and they refused... so they expected to keep $500 for an incomplete exam? What a way to operate.
