This is a first-class company!!! My cardiologist diagnosed me with A-Fib and wanted me to wear a Holter monitor for seven days. That, of course, scared me but the Cardio Options techs helped me get through the process. It helped me during that week to know I "had someone with me" 24/7. (It turned out I do NOT have A-Fib!) I recently received a statement for a balance due from services I received back in 2018. I called to inquire about this, and asked to speak with a supervisor. Ms. Carolyn spoke with me. She was pleasant, professional and respectful from the start. She explained to me that my insurance company processed the claim as out of network, when, in fact, Cardio Options was in-network. She told me she would do some research and make a call to my insurance company on my behalf, and encouraged me to do the same. It took multiple phone c... read more
