Been lifting here for years. Great group of people with a rich history of lifters. Definitely a classic gym.
Spoke with the owner, he was so professional and welcoming! Just what you expect from a lovely small business, family owned. Don't like the big corporation-owned, over-regulated gyms forcing people to use card only. Love the freedom of paying cash and NOT being tied down to a contract like the merciless big gyms, traps and tricks are Not for us. This is the ONLY gym I felt comfortable to go to.

I have been coming here for years the gym is super clean. Dan is the best I can’t believe I haven’t left them a review yet. I train with coach Sig 3 days a week and it has changed my life for the better. It’s a great classic style gym and everyone knows each other. No gym bros or broccoli heads here trying to be influencers
