I am always confident that I get good advice when I take my car in for service. I took it in for an oil change and a couple of other small issues. While there I opted to take advantage of a half price special on a service I had put off. I haven’t heard back on the follow up on the two small things I had questions about I but am confident that my service rep will contact me soon.

Wouldn’t even put a one star… Kyle has no communication or statuses doesn’t even pick up the phone so worthless. Then they didn’t test drive the car at all the first week they had the car little do they know we can track the car through the Mazda app and see when it’s driven and so fourth so they’ll continue to lie to you saying they will test drive it blah blah and then they said they couldn’t replicate the issue BIT YOU NEVER DROVE THE VEHICLE TO REPLICATE ANYTHING. We were off to a decent start with the initial sale but things went downhill quick. We picked up the car at night and the next morning I noticed the backseat was filthy as if there was a muddy dog back there. The salesman told me I can come back and get it detailed. About 10 days later the service light and tire pressure lights came on. So I assume since it wasn't cleaned, it also wasn't serviced. So I arrive at the service dept and they insist it was serviced and they forgot to reset the computer and they wouldn't have sold... read more
