I would say experiences here are about on par with most dealership service centers. Prices feel like they are probably 20% over a mom and pop shop. Most are employees are nice to deal with and when i had recalls that would take days I got a rental car from them easy enough. I will say that you should pay attention to small details. For example, note tire positions if you are getting rotations as they did not do mine once even though it was a paid for service.
