Went to get an oil change and tire rotations + Wheel alignment, complementary services of buying the vehicle. They claim to have done the tire rotations but I had a new tire put in a month prior which had the stickers still. So it was clear they lied about it and didn't do the rotations. They called back hours later with the explanation of "they work on alot of cars and must of forgotten." I checked my car’s value on KBB, and KBB forwarded my vehicle information to local dealers. That’s how Jennifer “Shelly” from Hyundai of Corona contacted me. I sent her photos, brought the car in, she inspected everything, and we agreed on a price. We signed the DMV paperwork, and Hyundai took possession of my car that same day. I usually go to a different Hyundai dealership for service appointments, but I am tired of the poor customer service. This time, I went to Cardinal Way Hyundai in Corona. I went there to get my oil changed. I made an appointment and I iíarrived in time. I was helped by Cristian, who was well groomed, very knowledgeable and polite.
