I’m very disappointed with CardinaleWay Glendora. On September 29, 2025, I traded in my car here, and the dealership promised to pay off my previous loan as part of the deal. It’s been over a month, and my lender still hasn’t received the payoff. I’ve contacted both the bank and the dealership several times, but the issue is still not resolved. I really ask you to protect yourself and avoid this dealership to destroy your loved car. It does not matter if it is a new one or newly "aged" one. They do not admit to making the possible mistake, pushing the situation even worse and DO NOT take the responsibility.
A few days ago I made an appointment to take care of a recall on my hyundai Elantra. But the service manager and Rene dismissed me and made fun of me. I will never go to this place again
