We came in to buy our first SUV our salesmen were Alphonso and Martin. We came in with a number in our head and they met that number. They were very knowledgeable and willing to work with us. We are very happy with our service experience and will definitely come back in the future.
Bobby Richard exhibited utmost professionalism, integrity & knowledgeability as well as exceptional customer service skills, impressing us so positively, that even though this was the first place we visited, we felt no need to look anywhere else. Mike was very personal and professional. I really enjoyed talking to him. He worked with me and my not so good credit. He was very patient.
Our water pump went out on Saturday. We were towed in and the sales staff loaned us a car to get back home. Our car was repaired under warranty and we did the 90,000 mile service which was due. Because of the holiday we picked it up on Friday (It was even washed and clean). Everyone was helpful and nice and if we lived in the area we would certainly be a regular customer.
