We lived for six wonderful years at Cardinal Village Apartments before moving back to Egypt in 2022. It was the best period of my life, and we truly loved the place. The atmosphere was amazing, and the office manager, Dona, was exceptionally kind and helpful, making our experience even better.

My boyfriend and I moved into this complex at the very end of May. From the outside, the apartments are nice. Pros: The spaces themselves are nicely sized as well. For only around $950, it was perfect. The first day we moved in, something was wrong with our AC. We told the manager, and someone was there to fix it the next day. This was a positive, but one of the only ones. Cons: The entire place is infested with roaches. It's seriously terrible. Keeping it anonymous. Here are the pros and cons. Pros: super cute apartments, kinda small but perfect for single or a couple with no kids. Allows pets, but only 1. Does not require a security deposit, only 1st month’s rent + pet fee (if applicable). Apartment manager is nice and responds quickly. Maintenance was fixed quickly and efficiently. Cons: not sure why nobody has said this yet, but there ARE bugs. they claim to have someone spray for bugs the 1st Thursday of every month, which is true. However, don’t really know ho... read more

The apartment provides a pleasant and secure atmosphere, truly feeling like home. There are no disturbances from neighbors, and it's conveniently within walking distance to the University. The property manager is both kind and humble. I highly recommend this apartment compared to others in the vicinity.
