Cardinal Village Apartments is a wonderful place to live. The apartment manager, Donna, is very responsive and helpful. The apartment complex is well maintained and located directly across from campus. There is also a large parking lot for residents only. There is laundry room on site and the building is secure. My 1st son lived there while attending UofL, and then 5 years later when it came time for my 2nd son to attend UofL, he lived there as well! Cardinal Village is a great place to live, especially for students or anyone who wants to be close to the University of Louisville. The community feels safe, and are well maintained. The property manager, Donna, is always very helpful and responsive, which made the whole living experience much smoother. Overall, it’s a comfortable and reliable place to call home.

My partner and I lived at CV from about 2020-2024 I believe. As music students at UofL, it was the perfect location for us as it's a quick walk to campus. We lived on the first floor and had no issues with bugs whatsoever. Donna was very responsive and helpful anytime we had an issue. When we moved out, she made the process very smooth sailing & explained everything so well. I just feel like it's a luxury these days to have a property manager that is willing to hear you out!
