Cardinal Village Apartment is one of the best Apartments in Louisville, KY. We were so progressive during our two years of stay. Best for students and other professionals. Walking distance to any department of UofL and library. Management is the best. Donna deserves kudos. She is awesome! Gonna miss this place!
Cardinal Village Apartments is a wonderful place to live. The apartment manager, Donna, is very responsive and helpful. The apartment complex is well maintained and located directly across from campus. There is also a large parking lot for residents only. There is laundry room on site and the building is secure. My 1st son lived there while attending UofL, and then 5 years later when it came time for my 2nd son to attend UofL, he lived there as well! Cardinal Village is a great place to live, especially for students or anyone who wants to be close to the University of Louisville. The community feels safe, and are well maintained. The property manager, Donna, is always very helpful and responsive, which made the whole living experience much smoother. Overall, it’s a comfortable and reliable place to call home.
