My partner and I lived at CV from about 2020-2024 I believe. As music students at UofL, it was the perfect location for us as it's a quick walk to campus. We lived on the first floor and had no issues with bugs whatsoever. Donna was very responsive and helpful anytime we had an issue. We lived for six wonderful years at Cardinal Village Apartments before moving back to Egypt in 2022. It was the best period of my life, and we truly loved the place. The atmosphere was amazing, and the office manager, Dona, was exceptionally kind and helpful, making our experience even better.
My boyfriend and I moved into this complex at the very end of May. From the outside, the apartments are nice. Pros: The spaces themselves are nicely sized as well. For only around $950, it was perfect. The first day we moved in, something was wrong with our AC. We told the manager, and someone was there to fix it the next day.
