Never answer the phone!:trying to check on a client. Doesn't seem very professional. Says mailbox is full. Delete messages seriously. Very frustrating
Terrible place to go don’t feel welcome or safe around or near anyone in there they are nothing but drama
Honestly Cardinal has went down hill last year I would have recommend it but nowadays I wouldn't.
This place is just awful! They treat people terribly! They need shut down !!
