Spoke with Brad by phone about transmission issues on 2018 Ford Expedition. He spent 15 mins talking very transparently about price and timeline to fix, very knowledgeable and friendly. Offered a referral to another shop if I needed something quicker- he is a straight shooter.
After my local mechanic told advised that my transmission was going out in my 2017 GMC Yukon Denali I called Brad to set up the repair. He was recommended by another awesome local company, Gary at Glidden Trailer Repair. Brad asked a bunch of questions about how the vehicle was performing. He then recommended that before we replace the transmission that we change out the transmission fluid and replace it with a Formula 1 fluid.
