Cardinal WORSTHOMES ever – To start off the people who run this place are corrupt. The girl who works in the office is constantly bitching and not willing to help you with anything except taking your money and telling you where you can or cannot park, on top of the fact that every time we encountered this person she took her miserable life out on us.
