Was pulled out of a few inches of snow on the side of the interstate not even off the pavement and the tow truck punctured the rim on my rental car. Which left me with a flat tire. Called to see if they were going to take responsibility for damage and was never called back. Driver was nice and friendly but still didn't call me back after I called him to let him know what happened.
