I took my daughter to get her navel pierced. I scheduled an appointment with Matt and he was AH-MAY-ZING. He made her feel comfortable (she was nervous, first piercing that wasn't her ears), he explained the aftercare so she could understand and follow it, and he treated her as an equal to himself (she's a teenager). The shop is clean, trendy, hygienic without feeling impersonal. I'm impressed enough that Matt and I are going to consult and pursue a couple of ear piercings I'd like to get done. My daughter had her ears pierced by Matt and he did an excellent job! She was very nervous heading into her appointment but he did an excellent job explaining every step to her and keeping her calm!
matt is the best!! he always makes you feel super comfortable and does an amazing job with your piercing!! will definitely keep coming back and will always recommend cardinal to everyone

Matt pierced my 8 year old’s ears yesterday for her birthday. He was so incredibly kind and patient with her. (And, because of her birthday, he worked us into his schedule!) He consistently engaged with her, spoke her name, and remained upbeat and positive throughout our entire time in the shop.
