I was referred to this company by ACE Hardware and Win Supply for a capacitor for my AC. I called them twice and kindly asked if they sold capacitors to the public. The woman that answered the phone rudely said no and hung up the phone. It's ok if they don't sell to the public. But to be so rude considering that other retail places are referring them makes the situation worse. If she would have handled the situation differently she might have been able to schedule a service call or possibly more. I will spread the word about... read more

Great store that has HVAC and electric motor supplies. They also can make orfices for propane and natural gas appliances. Very helpful staff.
