Literally evil. Its homeowners' board is illegally rigged to keep Lindsey's management in charge. She wields the position to edge out informed owners and fine them. She also uses the maintenance as her lap dog. They hire family to do outside work. There was a second maintenance hire that worked as her thug(he quit or got in trouble a while ago). Do NOT invest in a home here.
