The people at Cardinal are very professional and patient in their review of existing conditions, detailed report on issues and options for corrections and clear notations on their proposals. They have great follow through on the scope agreed to and their workers were very polite and through in their work. They did their work on time and cleaned up better than when the areas were before they started. HOA Connect North Texas LLC provides subject matter experts to help educate HOA Board Members. We had the opportunity to have Calvin Bogart from Cardinal Strategies present at our June Workshop. Calvin did an amazing job explaining the importance of determining the root cause to many issues you might have in your HOA.
