I made online arrangements for a 20' truck. It was guaranteed. Upon arrival, I called the number on the gate only to be told there wasn't a 20' there. I tried to tell the man it was definitely listed online and I had the email confirmation for it, but he cut me off and said there was never one there. I was trying to just say what was offered online for his location but he again cut me off. I asked about the 17' that was available online for his location and he told me there was no such thing.
