I cannot thank James enough for helping me out with my situation. He made it very easy to move from one storage unit to another and really helped me out with some deals. It’s really hard to find great customer service nowadays but this place proves otherwise!
This was the friendliest, most efficient and personal service I’ve ever had with a storage rental - owner run and managed, and the costs are incredibly reasonable compared to others in the area. Getting set up with a unit took five minutes and didn’t require me to go apply online etc. Thanks, James!
Best storage facility that I've ever used and I have lived in many states. They're realistic and friendly with great quality units and facilities. Best customer service and the easiest payment and move out process, I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
I completed everything online, and the process was smooth and seamless. I even lucked up on a 50% off sale, so that was a major win. The only hiccup was that the access code didn’t work at first, but their text-to-open gate option fixed it quickly and effortlessly—which was honestly pretty impressive.
