Lee and Jackie were wonderful. Called them after reading reviews online and am so glad I went with Cardinal Services. They were prompt and communicative, and shuffled their schedule around to fit in a tough cleanout job due to tree roots. Lee showed me the camera footage and thoroughly explained the issues he found at several points in the process, focused on fixing the issue rather than digging up the yard to replace the main sewer line, and walked through proper maintenance going forward. Cardinal sewer company came after I think it was Hero 99.00 Well they never fixed the problem and told me I would have to dig up my whole yard to repair and said it would cost 10 thousand to 13 they also claimed the service I did get was not 99.00 as the deal was no longer valid even though I mentioned it and it would cost me 200 some dollars for pretty much no help.
