I originally had a U-Haul reserved to pickup in Ames, and was notified late by U-Haul I would have to drive an hour to Cardinal Self Storage for the truck. However, Kenny was very understanding, and totally turned around our U-Haul experience. Highly recommend if you’re looking for moving trucks. Thanks Kenny!

Cardinal self storage located at 15-B Fort Dodge Iowa flooded around July 4th, was not notified , and all my oak furniture was moldy. WTH?

Cardinal Self Storage is a great place to store. The units are clean and well maintained. Security is good. I have a unit with indoor access and feel confident that everything will be as I left it. The staff is friendly and have helped resolve any questions or problems that have come up.

Came in from out of state. Didn't know what to expect. Best experience with a storage facility I've ever had. These guys are awesome, easy to work with, and nice guys. Recommend to anyone and will recommend to anyone I know.

I had been going through a rough time with my husband and needed a UHaul ASAP. Kenny went the extra mile for us! He stayed late and helped me whenever we had an obstacle. He was very kind, patient and knew exactly what he was doing. I will never go anywhere else.
