I originally had a U-Haul reserved to pickup in Ames, and was notified late by U-Haul I would have to drive an hour to Cardinal Self Storage for the truck. However, Kenny was very understanding, and totally turned around our U-Haul experience. Highly recommend if you’re looking for moving trucks. Thanks Kenny!
Cardinal self storage located at 15-B Fort Dodge Iowa flooded around July 4th, was not notified , and all my oak furniture was moldy. WTH?
The people working here are proficient and very kind. They were kind and understanding when it came to moving things from my recently deceased Mother's home.
Cardinal Self Storage is a great place to store. The units are clean and well maintained. Security is good. I have a unit with indoor access and feel confident that everything will be as I left it. The staff is friendly and have helped resolve any questions or problems that have come up.
