Very thorough and friendly team!
I went for my reservation for a storage unit today, and the employees, Kathy and Nikita, inside were so kind. For some reason the price the call service quoted me wasn’t applying so we had to call customer care. Customer care deleted my reservation, and told me I had to pay double. I had an email that showed the original reservation and they had me talk to six different people that couldn’t help me and one that even screamed at me.
