I had recently moved to the area and was in need of a storage unit. Kimberly and Shane in the office have been absolutely wonderful not only with the process of getting the unit, but have gone above and beyond to tell me about places to visit in the area that are of interest to me. I would highly recommend the Graham location.
I had an extremely disappointing and concerning experience with this storage facility. While I was inside the property, city construction/work near the entrance apparently affected access, and I became trapped inside the facility for approximately 20 minutes. During that time, I repeatedly attempted to contact the office but no one answered the phones. There was also no one available in the front office to assist.
