The ONLY contractor to answer phone in office, come when he said he was going to, gave estimate when he said I would have it, and showed up day he said he would to start work and finished when he said he would. Also, he was the best priced. Absolute pleasure to deal with.
I called and left messages about getting an estimate for a roof repair. I even used the website. NOBODY EVER CONTACTED ME. Don't waste your time with Cardinal.
A little pricey, but quality work.
