I used Cardinal Roofing to do a new flat roof and it has been a nightmare. They will not honor their warranty. My roof is not even a year old and it is leaking everywhere. They make excuses and blame it on everything else instead of their terrible work they did. The guy they send out ************* not sure if hes an owner or what but he is a joke he always says its bc of the stucco on the walls, the paint or now its a ***** where a metal picture is hanging. I cannot say enough great things about Cardinal Roofing. We had a small leak that another company had patched ( not well done) that began leaking again. They were out the same day we called and expedited our repair. In addition, they were fair in pricing, professional, on time and communicative during the entire process.
