Nothing luxury about this place, you can hear everything the neighbors do and I mean everything, cheap appliances, and cheap paint that shows every mark and does not wipe off. The building we where in has more weeds then grass and our door leaks when it rains. Last winter we could NOT get out for 2 days because they did not plan for snow removal. Just overall poorly managed.
