We used Cardinal realty to sell Moms co-opt. Cindy was very personable & professional which made our very difficult situation easier. The place sold on the first open house. Cindy was there for us helping us thru every step of the way. I would highly recommend using this realtor. Thanks again Cindy.
WORST LISTING AGENT EVER!! NEVER RESPONDING A TEXT A PHONE CALL. DELAYING ALL THE PROCESS . DO NOT TRUST, LOOK FOR SOMEONE THAT CAN BE AVAILABLE FOR YOUR NEEDS IN A TIMELY MANNER NOT AFTER WEEKS ! Professional! Such a pleasure to work with, would highly recommend
Ryan helped my wife and I buy a single family home in Miller Place. His knowledge of the market and negotiation skills helped to save us a ton of money. We were nervous to buy a short-sale, but he was patient, answered all of our questions and was there for us every step of the way. We had a great experience with Cardinal!
