I was always very impressed with this group until 6 months ago. I have owned my townhouse for 8 years now. Started off living in it for 2 years until work took me out of town and I decided to keep it and rent it out. I have had the same tenants in there since 2020 and we have never had any complaints on them or the property not being up to par. Professional and highly skilled property management firm. Always looking for ways to create value while keeping costs low. As a board member for over 5 years, I can also appreciate the skill and experience Cardinal brings to the table from a governance perspective.
I am very satisfied with Cardinal as our HOA property management company. They align closely with the board and actively assist with contractors, going above and beyond compared to other companies. I can easily reach them when needed and am overall pleased with their service.
