Cardinal properties are very greedy. They care more about money then tenants. They make tenants clean the units even when the unit is getting updated after the tenant moves out. Doesn't make since to do a complete move out cleaning when they are going to do updates to the unit. The unit has several problems that they won't fix. The wall heater doesn't work right and it doesn't warm the unit in the winter. The well pump is under the bedroom floor so can hear it run during the night which kept me up most of the night.
