Worst place to rent from. At the beginning the tub was chipping away and the sink. What did the maintenance man do? Paint over it. The hinges was getting old never been changed. when I got a quote because I wanted better they said they have seen those hinges since the 90 and they had layer and layers of paint so they would have taken longer to just undo the hinges. I had a great experience with Cardinal renting a place for the summer. The place was very well priced, paying rent was easy, and they were overall very professional and easy to work with.
