I live in the building next door and my balcony is adjacent with their roof. One day I hear crazy noises coming from my balcony and I see the landlord on his roof throwing glass bottles onto my balcony. Continuously. There’s broken glass everywhere I try to talk to him and he throws a bottle at ME and asks if I want “more” and proceeds to cuss me out over 20 year old landlord beef I, a 21 year old student, have nothing to do withwouldn’t recommend would recommend therapy for the landlord tho
Bad company with awful staff. Be aware UMN students! (1) several UMN students of mine had trouble with them (e.g., safety, living condition, security deposit, etc.). We consulted with the university student legal service at UMN. An attorney told us that the managers of Cardinal Properties are "jerks" & they have a history of "preying" on our UMN students. They are cunning & good at designing their lease in their favor, so our UMN students often are disadvantaged in their case. (2) racist & rude staff. If you are a minority/i... read more

The property manager Jeffery is very unprofessional and rude. He talk to people nasty when they call about any property, Also when you do text or call to return the application and first month rent he don't never respond two different companies name .
