Absolutely awful to deal with. My neighborhood is full of violations but this management company chooses to just knitpick. Many people repeatedly park in fire zones and block garages of other homes but Cardinal management has no problem with that. Plant ornamental fountain grass purchased from Home Depo and you will surely receive a notice.
only good at paperwork, not actually working with people to resolve issues....no class
