Melissa and David work really hard my pool always looks great and if there's a issue I can always count on Melissa for the best price and very fast response time. My mom uses this company there wonderful. They keep my mom's pool so nice and clean all the time. It looks amazing it's always perfectly balanced and my mom always gets alerts and alerted when she needs to do basic maintenance these guys are good diagnosing skills they saved my mom over 1k on a expensive repair the owner is the nicest person ever and he is the fairest I've seen yet with pool companies my mom will only use cardinal pools and will only refer them. Thank you so much for taking good care of my elderly moms pool.
AVOID CARDINAL POOL AT ALL COSTS! We hired then to do chemical maintenance on our swim spa while we were gone for 3 months. Upon return, we lifted the cover and found that all of our metal/steel components were rusted and pitted. The rust was so bad that it was dripping down the sides of the fiberglass wall, into the water. Tad was defensive and told me that this was not their problem but a manufacture issue (not so, the damage was caused by a chemical reaction).
