RecommendedI am so excited for spring! Last weekend I bought my new fire table and patio furniture! When my husband and I walked in we felt very welcomed and were so excited to see all the types of beautiful furniture sets. Sharon took the time to work with us to figure out what would make our new patio perfect! Her husband just delivered it to us and it looks amazing!! We need more family business like this! I plan on relaxing on it with my hubby, my dogs and having some wine :-)
I stopped in yesterday because my pool is giving me fits this year. I've have never had problems before but this year it keeps wanting to turn green. I was greeted at the door, I explained my problem, and was asked questions to try and figure out the issue. I purchased the product recommended and my pool looks much better already!! Thanks!

Very poor customer service, we had an issue with our pool cover that they installed and they refused to stand behind their work. She was very rude to my husband raising her voice at him in the showroom. Would not recommend them to anyone!

We stopped in this past Sunday about an hour before closing, looking for a solar pool cover. The first question asked was if our pool was an easy-set – it is. After that, they (a man and a woman) weren’t interested in talking to us. And we were the only people in the store. The comment she made was that it’s a ‘different world’ and they don’t carry easy-set pool products. It was amazing how dismissive and rude they were. My husband and I went in to look at a pool ladder/step for our pool. We were trying to buy local rather than online. The customer service was terrible. They were rude and acted as if our purchase was just a drop in the bucket for them. This will be the second poor experience that we have had there. We will never be returning.
