I took my child here for a simple visit regarding GI issues. Before coming in, I called the office and specifically asked about the total cost of the visit since I was paying out of pocket. I was quoted $120 over the phone. When I arrived, I confirmed this amount multiple times with the front desk and was repeatedly assured that the total cost for the appointment would be $120 — nothing more. Management harrased me over a month about issues that remain ongoing to this day! I came in on a Thursday and processes weren’t completed correctly. As a result of me leaving without my child’s eyes being screened with the ocular for vision purposes and my next well child wasn’t made nor was my history updated . Doctor Pinar and Doctor Malone at Cardinals, Cheat Lake are outstanding pediatric physicians. I have two children; one fifteen and one borned at twenty- three weeks gestation. I have never been disappointed with their quality of quality of care professionalism and staff. I highly recommend!
They have been so wonderful with my daughter through well child visits and sick visits! We have seen a variety of providers and each have been excellent! They have been very supportive of our breastfeeding journey and helped with necessary referrals as needed. Very high quality care and everyone from the front office to the staff have been so nice!
