I was looking for an apartment for my dad and I went out to Cardinal Manor and everyone was so friendly! The place looked so nice and clean.
I have lived at Cardinal Manor for 10 years and I haven't had a problem living here. We appreciate the upgrades the new management has made. I love living here!
I moved my mom here 2 years ago, she made amazing friends. There was a issue I think should have been taken care of by the previous and NEW owners. There is a serious bedbug issue, they think spraying one unit at a time will fix it because both owners a too cheap to sptay the whole building and solve the problem. The previous management gave me a written statement saying that the issue was taken care of.
