I was looking for an apartment for my dad and I went out to Cardinal Manor and everyone was so friendly! The place looked so nice and clean.
I have lived at Cardinal Manor for 10 years and I haven't had a problem living here. We appreciate the upgrades the new management has made. I love living here!
I moved my mom here 2 years ago, she made amazing friends. There was a issue I think should have been taken care of by the previous and NEW owners. There is a serious bedbug issue, they think spraying one unit at a time will fix it because both owners a too cheap to sptay the whole building and solve the problem. The previous management gave me a written statement saying that the issue was taken care of. (I spent lots of my own money to keep it out of my moms) Also they expect the tenants which are on fixed incomes to pay to... read more
The old owner was mediocre, but the new owner is way worse! They come in,and paint the hallways, and new carpet (typical upkeep that should be done basically) ....He raises the rent by over $200.00 what he claims is "market value "to people on fixed incomes! Apparently the live entertainment with the bed bugs is good enough reason for the price hike for such greed.
