Unfriendly Staff and Poor Management Visited property over two weeks ago. Was shown a "sample" apartment unit. Was pressured by staff to pay $30/person application fee which I did. Was approved. Was also pressured that day to pay deposit ($550) on a unit I had not been shown. I did not pay because I wanted to see the actual unit I would be renting.
