Seem to care more about taking your money every month instead of managing the property. Fees keep going up but the service never gets better. What am I paying for exactly?
This management company does not respond properly to our emails. They also use the same copy-and-paste reply for everyone, instead of addressing the specific concerns we raise. One of the issue is they place red stickers on residents’ cars, which is understandable if the car is in violation. However, those stickers do not come off easily and, once removed, they have caused damage—leaving scratches or marks on our car glass. After living in this community of Oak Road for nearly seven years, it is heartbreaking to see how unsafe and uncomfortable the environment has become under the current HOA management. What was once a peaceful and respectful neighborhood now feels controlled by intimidation, excessive warnings, and constant surveillance. My experience has been the same as others. Happy to change it if they prove me wrong. Been waiting on a resale condo package which they never guided me on their process. When I paid and ordered, the manager Brian kept me asking me for the order # even though it was provided many days ago. After 3 weeks of being jerked around, paying $320, i still don't have it.
