Employees damaged our deck while on our property to trim trees. They insisted that they would move the furniture on the deck. They dragged everything several feet. Heard the issue from inside the house and came outside to ask what was going on. They admitted that they caused the damage. Spoke with Tony that day and he said he would take care of it. Received a call from Cardinal lawns wanting to put treatment on my lawn for dandelions. I told the representative on the phone that I already had someone doing my lawn. He proceeded to go ahead and send someone out to put the application on my lawn. I immediately called the office and told them what had happened and of the situation I was told from three different representatives from the company that it would be taken of, and I did not have to pay the bill.
