Extremely unsatisfied with job and Meagan's customer service! Had a sprinkler head changed by them, called a few weeks after that it was not working and for coming out they charged me the services that were not done correctly the first time!!
From the initial installation to regual maintenance to recently needing service after some landscaping, we can't say enough about Cardinal's professionalism, knowledge and customer service. We highly recommend them for your residential irrigation.
HAD A PROBLEM WITH A SMALL INSTALLATION. MIKE FIXED IT QUICKLY. HAPPY CUSTOMER. I RECOMMEND.
They came to evaluate my property for sprinkler system, said they would be back to me within a few days Never heard back from anyone, followed up 3 times , still nothing. I guess they have enough business. Poor customer interaction.
