Sylvia Kelly is the best. She is timely on the ball always helpful and super friendly. It is a pleasure to work with her and have used on all out auto needs.
I worked with Sylvia on a home owners insurance policy that we needed in a short time frame for closing on our new home. She was wonderfully quick and efficient and knew the answers or was able to quickly find them to every question I had. She presented multiple offers that were very reasonable prices and was able to easily adjust coverages as needed to fit our new home. Even though it was close the end of her work day she still made sure we had everything needed and did an amazing job.
If you're looking for awesome customer service, in that Midwest-nice fashion, then choose Cardinal. Our Account Executive Leslie Campbell is always on top of things. We'll stay another 10 years because of her and her entire team.
Need to do a better job of communicating with clients. Emails are not well written and have caused considerable confusion and anxiety when addressing policy changes. Not sure they even know who they're communicating with. This may sound harsh but customer communication and service is the heart of their business and they can and should do a better job.
I really enjoy each staff member here, whether I live close to them or far away they have always been able to accommodate my insurance needs over the past several years (5+). Between personal home and auto, business, commercial they do it all with great coverage and my favorite the cost. I appreciate their hard, and honest work that they always follow through, with any questions being asked, they can break it down.
