I chose Cardinal Heating and Cooling to install a new furnace and Mitsubishi cooling system, based on their assurance that it would properly cool both levels of my home. My main priority was cooling the upstairs, which was clearly communicated to the sales representative. Unfortunately, the system has been a complete disappointment.
