Not only that they will break your unit after you paid their min. of $250.00 fee for showing up at your place (expensive!!!!), they will return, still not fix it because they can not find the cause of how they broke the unit and charge you "only" $88.00 again for their trip. Even better: then they will try to tell you how they could replace your heather (that worked well before they touched it) for only $1,000.00 so they can make their commission on their sale! Cardinal Heating in Kirkland should be OUT OF business!

We had Cardinal install a mini heat pump with two heads in Sept, 2017. We have been impressed with their quality of product and service. They are the best in our opinion!

Review Great onsite people. Very challenging office staff. The experience with the staff will probably have me looking elsewhere next time. Unfortunate, as the techs are great.

Emergency call -- Problem Solved! My furnace died over the weekend. I called Cardinal and they were able to fit me in. They arrived earlier than expected, and fixed the problem (a $90 part) in mnutes. There was a $300 fee for emergency service, but expect all companies would do that. The Tech was very efficient. I would not hesitate in calling them again.

Cardinal Heating will get it right for the customer! – There are tons (no pun intended) of other A/C and Heating companies in the Seattle area. So how do you decide? You look for "differentiators". The equipment doesn't vary much. The only difference is the vendor who puts the equipment in. Fantastic experience – Cardinal heating is a great experience. They are truley one of the only contactors left that make you feel that you got what you paid for. We were looking for something a little diffierent and they designed a hydronic (radiant infloor system) as well as incorporated solar and a geothermal technologies. This is a company that wants to finish the job with a long term relationship. We cant recommend them enough.

Nothing special – The company is okay they are just old school...If you need something upscale or state of the art it may be difficult. Need to become more up to date with the newer systems.
