I didn't have a great experience. My actual clinician was great, but I was told I would get call-backs but didn't, my referrals weren't able to make it through to me because they were given the wrong phone number (I had to literally demand to have my phone number on file read back to me to get them to realize they had my phone number wrong... and this was after asking several times if they might have it wrong), and the last straw was them digging their heels in about a treatment plan that didn't make sense.
